Directly inspired by the Blake stitching of Indigenous moccasins, this technique has been used by Paraboot since the late '60s. These hand-sewn shoes, made from the finest leathers, are both supple and elegant. Paraboot makes its shoes in Spain, utilizing local craftsmen and traditional techniques. It’s a 4th-generation business founded in France by Rémy Richard. The name is a mashup of “Para” (the port they sourced their latex from) and the American “boot” that inspired Rémy early on.
